Day 3...100%

Today all 4 of us got on the elliptical that = 100%!!!!  My personal goal is do a minimum of 30 min everyday of some type of exercise but for hubby and the kids at least 3 times a week for a minimum of 30 min is the goal.  And the best news is that hubby has lost almost 5lbs this week!!  He is really trying hard and I'm so proud of him!!!
